This is a very complicated subjet for me because i am a very indecisive person and i don´t  even know  what  to choose  in my complementary  workshop. right now i´m learning about painting, digital art on my own and next semester maybe doing goldsmithing, i want to start selling my paintings , i have already done some commissions  and start  making digital portraits.

Before entering the career  i had in mind to  specialize in the restoration of work of art, i have not investigated  about it and i have not seen information of the subjet at  the university so i don´t know, maybe i would like to study in Europe about it.

Another thing that always comes to my mind  is to continue studying  at the university, to get the pedagogy, i would love to  teach the impotance  that art can have in society  as well as personally, to young children and adolescents.

and other times i think of working on anything and making art ass a hobby, as you can see, i don´t really  know what to do with my life and i always change my ideas, so i´m not planning things for the future.

At the beginning of the year i went to Chiloé with my mom and my brother, I had gone to Puerto Montt onces but i could´t get pass.

We stay in Nercon, sector that is fifteen minuts of Castro, when we get to the hostel  we wanted to go for a walk immediatly. It has been a long time since i went to the south and i fell in love with the landscape i felt like in a movie. I remember seeing a lot of beautiful flowers and pretty dogs until we came across  this church, 

Nercon church is also a cementery, it has an entrance  full of bushes, The architectural style of these temples is called  "Escuela Chilota", this was built between 1879 and 1890. In 1984, along with 15 churches in the area  it was declared a historic monument.

I enjoyed every moment while i was in Chiloé, it is one  of my favorite places.

One piece

 I really want to talk about anime because it is one of the things that i have been able to do the most in quarantine, it distracts me and i enjoy it so much. Ultimatly  the anime that i been waching more is one piece, started to broadcasting in 1999, written and illustrate by Eiichiro Oda and  actually it is the most bought manga in the world.

The reason why i believe is one of the best animes in the history it is because  covers so many social problems even though it doesn´t seem like that kind of anime. Through more than 900 champters a complex story of Luffy and his nakamas (partners) unfolds in wich they meet  all kinds of people with different social problems and about who the world government has harmed their lives, things like abuse of power, discrimination, genocide, racism and more are featured. 

The main characters are very charismatic, funny and always have the conviction to help as they continue their way to become pirate kings.

In conclusion it is a very beautifull story and so well done that everything is connected from the first episode to the last, character growh is gigantec and a good story is nothing without well built villians. This anime has it all, WATCH IT :).

My favorite piece of technology

 Since the quarantine began i have been using my cellphone a lot to create digital images, like digital collages, collage videos, some stop motion videos, among others things. For all this my cellphone was very saturated, because it does not have so much memory for all this programes that i downloaded.

My mom got a tablet a few weeks ago and i´ve use it for everything, with this i can start making digital drawings as it comes with a pencil to make it easier to use, although i still don´t know very well how the applications work, with practice the drawings are getting better and better, i really enjoy using it.

These are some of the apps i use, autodesk sketchbook, flipa clip, medibang paint and picsart. there are some bettere and more profesional but  they are paid and i think good results can be achieved with free aplications.

I use the tablet every day  and it has helped me a lot for university works :).

My vocation

 I don´t remember having a dream job as a kid honestly, but with my brother we used to pretend to be teachers, doctors, judges and many other things, if that counts haha.

Since i was a child i really enjoy everything that it is related to arts, such a dance and music clasess, art has always been present in my life, only that as i progressed throght the school year it was difficilt to realize what i wanted to do with my life, for all the influence that i received in my school that it was necessary to study a more traditional career. I went from wanting to study biology to architecture, then desing, until i decided on visual arts. I also thought about studying dance, but i consider it more of a hobby.

I think i have not had much luck in the classes at the university to be honest, last year i got two super antipedagogic teachers and the second semester practically didn´t exist, because there was a "toma"  and then came the social outbreak, well and this year we all know what hapenned.

Despite all this, i met very good teachers, clasess that i love, other not so much and i have been growing as an artist together with my classmates.

In the future for the moment i have thought about being an art teacher although i have not thoght  much about it.

English III

 Hi everyone, I´m Natalia, I was born and live in Santiago, just like my dad, instead my mom, is from a small town called Cabildo in the fifth region.

My nuclear family includes 4 people, my parents and my older brother, i also include my grandmother who take care of both of us since we were little , while my parents worked. My dad is a cartographer, we usually watch movies together. My mom is surveying engineering, recently they separated and at the moment I'm living with her. With my brother we have little difference in age, but we are not that close, he studies hydraulic engineering.

I have a cat named Luna, she is 2 years old and is the shyest cat that i have seen, hides from anyone he doesn't know. We sleep together every day.

 

                                                                                        I study visual arts since the last year and i specify myself in painting, i also draw a lot, i like to make digital collages and take photos. I have a great time with my friends in class, we fool around a lot and sleep in history classes.

I have many hobbies like Irish dancing, swimming and I play a little violin and guitar. In my free time I watch anime, draw , listen to music and ride a bike. My favorites animes are Your lie in April, The promised neverland, Erased, Naruto and One piece.
